    • If the delivery for Free shipping exceeds 30 business days, we will refund 10% of the cost of your product . To initiate the refund (10% of your product cost) process, please contact us and provide proof of the delayed delivery, such as a tracking record or an official notification from the shipping carrier.”

    • We offer Paid shipping on all orders for fastest delivery within the contiguous United States.
    • Paid shipping will be shipped via Express shipping methods and may take 1-3 business days for delivery.
    • In the rare event, Paid shipping sometimes may take upto 15 business days for delivery .
    • If the delivery for paid shipping exceeds 15 business days, we will refund the cost of your paid shipping. To initiate the refund (paid shipping cost) process, please contact us and provide proof of the delayed delivery, such as a tracking record or an official notification from the shipping carrier.”
  3. Custom Duties and Taxes:
    • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country’s government.
    • For orders shipping to the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.
    • The customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
