We have a 15-day’s return policy for all unopened products ( Only new products- This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used ), which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Must be in excellent condition. ​
  • Original packaging is not damaged.
  • No missing parts (including any replacement parts that you have received).

How to return

To start a return, You can directly go to your order page and click on Refund under the product you want to return or refund, you can also message us on your order page, You can Contact Us through contact us form, or you can contact us by email at [email protected], with your order number and product details.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package (At a drop-off location or By mail). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We have full rights to decline refunds if the product fails an inspection check. This may happen if the product has been damaged during use or the condition of the product is not eligible for return. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business day. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your product is not shipped, you may request a refund and order cancel at any time.

You are responsible for properly packing and shipping your return products including the shipping cost. Please follow our return instructions. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or rejected because you did not follow the return instructions.

Do note that you are responsible for any damage or loss of the goods during the return process.

All refund and return decisions by Tech Monster Shop are ​final.
